Joshua A. Shoemaker
Attorney Joshua Shoemaker focuses his practice on estate planning, real estate, business law, and like-kind exchanges and he is interested in expanding into green building and sustainability projects. He is able to focus on meeting the immediate and future needs of his clients by working with them through all stages of their life.
Originally from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Josh obtained his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. He graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg in 2014, where he developed an interest in environmental law. His interest in sustainability and green building led him to pursue and obtain his certification as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Associate.
Josh currently lives in the Lancaster area with his fiancé, Carla, whom he met in law school, and their rescued teacup Chihuahua, Hanna Banana. He is a member of the Lancaster Bar Association and the U.S. Green Building Council, Central PA Community. He is an avid “foodie” who enjoys going to farmers’ markets, local restaurants, and cooking at home.
If you would like to talk with Josh about your estate planning or business needs, please contact him by email at email@example.com or by calling (717) 464-4300.
Attorney Steven Miller specializes in asset protection, estate planning, elder care and other legal services. His focus is to help his clients protect their loved ones and their own legacies by planning for the future in a number of different ways.
He has worked with clients of all ages in a wide variety of legal areas, including family issues, employment law, and landlord-tenant disputes.
In 2015, Steve shifted his practice to better serve individuals in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection and the probate process.
Also, sensing a void in protecting our elders’ legal interests and the ever-increasing number of our “baby-boomers” who will now need these services, Steve became actively involved with Elder Law and frequently educates the community on the importance of planning for aging.
He is a member of Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel, both nationally recognized professional organizations that help deliver premier estate planning and elder care law services.
Steve graduated from DePauw University in 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science and received a Master of Science in Safety Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2008. Mr. Miller then graduated from law school at Widener University Commonwealth School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where he participated on two moot court teams and received honors for his legal writing and research abilities.
Steve is supported by his wife, Catherine (Cavi), and two children Karline and Elliot. In spare time, he enjoys music, running, golf, soccer, and flying. If you would like to speak with Mr. Miller about asset protection, elder care law, estate planning, or any other type of legal service he provides, please email him at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at (717) 464-4300.
